Housekeeper Studio Classes

Let us assist your housekeeper or domestic helper to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for the family in our Food Ink Studio.  

We can accommodate 4 Students per lesson.  

What is included with every LESSON:

• 3 Hour cooking lesson in our Food Ink Studio in Northcliff.
• A full recipe book with the recipes that we will cook in every lesson as well as extra recipes for future use.
• Full access to our housekeeper support WhatsApp group for the duration on the course.  
  
• A planning schedule and weekly menu template to create a rotation menu based on the recipes that we learn together.  

What is covered in lessons and courses:

• Every recipe covers a set of skills that can be used in the kitchen. 
• Use of basic kitchen equipment, knife skills, measuring and mixing.
• Kitchen hygiene, portioning and food storage.
• Basic cooking techniques.
• Planning and communication.
• Confidence through cooking.
• Ingredients for every lesson.
• We focus protein dishes as well as vegetarian style dishes.
  

Every Night of the Week Recipes: 
We teach and create different combinations with the same dishes.
1. Airfryer Chicken (Breast and Portions) to use in different ways.
2. Veggie Beef mince for lasagne, cottage pie, pasta bake
3. Lemony fish
4. Butter chicken curry sauce for a quick bean or chicken curry
5. The best roasted veggies
6. Easy flatbread
7. Cauli, corn and bean mac & cheese
8. Coconut Rice
