Housekeeper Cooking: Sweet and Savoury Bakes

Let us assist your housekeeper or domestic helper to prepare delicious sweet and savoury baked goods.
Cooking lessons in the comfort of your own kitchen by one of our food professionals.  Cooking lessons can also be done at our Food Ink Studio subject to availability.

In-person cooking classes are offered in Johannesburg and Pretoria with selected dates in Durban and Cape Town.  

What is included with every COURSE:

• 4 x 2hour cooking lessons done in the comfort of your own home.
• A full recipe book with the recipes that we will cook in every lesson as well as extra recipes for future use.
• Full access to our housekeeper support WhatsApp group for the duration on the course.  
  
• Recipes and shopping lists for the first cooking lessons to you in advance. 

What is covered in lessons and courses:

• Every recipe covers a set of skills that can be used in the kitchen. 
• Use of basic kitchen equipment, knife skills, measuring and mixing.
• Kitchen hygiene, portioning and food storage.
• Basic baking techniques.
• Planning and communication.
• Confidence through cooking.
• Travel included in Gauteng.
