Cupcake Decorating Lesson

Fun, interactive and informative cupcake decorating class with Helen from Helen`s Confectionery. This once off lesson will gift you with skills, tricks and techniques to create beautiful edible creations.

What is included in the cupcake decorating session:

• 2 - 3 Hour cooking lesson in your home or at our Studio (Randpark Ridge).
  
• 12 Cupcakes baked and decorated on site (24 Cupcakes if it is a group of 4)
• Recipe booklet and notes.  
• All the ingredients and tools needed for the baking lesson.
  

What we cover in this baking lesson:

• Tried and tested cupcake recipe baked with your teacher. 
• Buttercream recipe used in the decorating of the cupcakes.
• Basic decorating techniques to create pretty cupcakes.
• Storage and handling.
  

Some notes:
A small travel charge will be added for home lessons.
Baking lessons are offered in Johannesburg.
