WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR FOOD CONVERSATIONS?

• 30min or 60min consultation/cooking sessions that have been designed for you to get the maximum benefit in the comfort of your own kitchen. 
• Chef has created easy and delicious recipes that you will be able to create again AND we use ingredients that you will be able to find at your local supermarket!
• Live conversations with the chef.
• Recipes and shopping list are easy to read and shop.  We send these well in advance so you have time to prepare.
• Talk to us about adding recipes that you really want to learn.
• Our consultations cover the following:
  
  • Your food preferences.
  • Your current diet.
  • New diet or specific meal plan - We work with your dietician or doctor.
  • Allergies or dietary preferences we need to look at.
  • Likes and dislikes.
  • Cooking goals.
