Tortellini are ring-shaped pasta that we form by hand and is originally from the Italian region of Emilia. They are stuffed with a delicious mushrooms. A 2 day lead time is required for this product as it is freshly made and then frozen to ensure quality.
Our pastas are freshly made, in small batches to ensure quality.
Fill a pot 3/4 of the way with water. Add a tablespoon of salt. Place a lid on the pot and bring to the boil. Insert frozen pasta into the boiling water. The pasta will sink to the bottom. When the pasta floats, remove it from the water and serve with your choice of pasta sauce.
