Online cooking experience where we tap into our feel-good emotions.
Time spent with Chef Gerhard and Elmarie from SGR Training will unlock and enhance emotional awareness during this online get together.  Allow yourself ultimate confidence in combining ingredients and emotions in a comfortable space with your 2 coaches.

What do we offer:

• Invitation to our 90-120min cooking & emotions online session (See selected dates available).
• Emotional explanation and guideline document that will be discussed by Elmarie.
• Recipe manual of all the recipes that will be covered during the cooking session.
• Shopping list to cook and create these recipes.
• Cooking planner to prepare you for our cooking session together.
• Ingredients can be delivered to your door.

• We can accommodate 5 - 10 participants per cooking & emotions online session.

• Cruise your way through easy and delicious recipes with the chef and snack as you go.
