We set up in your kitchen and braai area to run this interactive braai session. Our chefs and staff are trained to teach you some tricks when it comes to working with fire or gas.

Dukkah flatbreads with a selection of toppings
Asian style Salmon
Coffee crusted fillet with a roasted garlic cream
Roasted garlic cream
Grilled haloumi and herb salad
Miso marinated corn on the cob
Cranberry drop scones ice cream sandwiches with baked white chocolate
What is included in this experience:
Interactive braai session.
Charcoal and wood provided depending on your braai facility. We braai with what you have.
All the ingredient and special equipment will be supplied.
Recipes will be provided.
Some notes: We leave the beverages to you so that we can take care of the food.
Please speak to us if you want us to cater vegetarian or vegan - We do that. Travel in Gauteng is included. If you want us to travel to you, let`s talk!
